Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at TheFunkOff. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our exchange policy below:

Exchange Only Policy:

  • Exchanges are the only form of remedy for eligible items.
  • Exchanges are valid within 3-4 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Exchange:

  1. Unworn: The T-shirt should not show any signs of being worn, such as stains, odors, or stretching.
  2. Unwashed: The T-shirt should be in its original, unwashed condition, with no alterations or damage caused by washing.
  3. Original Packaging: If applicable, the T-shirt should be returned in its original packaging, including any tags or labels attached.
  4. Tags Attached: Tags, labels, and any other original packaging materials should be intact and attached to the T-shirt.
  5. No Damage: The T-shirt should not have any damages caused by the customer, such as rips, tears, or alterations.

Exchange Procedure:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team from the Exchange Product Page within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Provide your order details and the reason for the exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying that they meet the exchange criteria, we will process the exchange.
  • Exchange options may include replacement with the same item (subject to availability) or exchange for another item or issue Store Credit.

Note:

  • TheFunkOff reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Shipping costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide alternatives or issue store credit.
